Some GLAM features may require payment or subscription. Fees will be clearly disclosed prior to purchase. You agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize us or our payment partners to process payments.
Recurring subscriptions will renew automatically unless canceled. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
All content, code, trademarks, and technology provided via GLAM are owned by Lamport Systems, Inc. or licensed third parties. Use of the Services does not grant you rights to reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.
GLAM is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant that it will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for any particular purpose.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Lamport Systems, Inc. is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of GLAM, including but not limited to data loss, security incidents, or financial losses.
